Most homes are not just dirty. They are also full. We clean, and we help you decide where things actually go, so the clean lasts longer than a weekend.
Deep cleaning
The reset. Baseboards, door frames, light switches, inside the oven and fridge, cabinet fronts, tile and grout, behind and under what usually gets skipped.
Move-in / move-out
Empty-home cleaning done to landlord and realtor standards: inside every cabinet and closet, appliances, windows sills, so you get the deposit back.
Home organizing
Room by room: sort, purge, contain, label. We do the deciding with you, then set up a system you can actually keep up with after we leave.

Ask for organizing on your estimate and we will price it separately, in hours, so you can start with one closet or one room and add more when you are ready. There is no minimum project and no pressure to buy bins you do not need. We work with what you already own first.

Straight answers
How much does a cleaning cost?
It depends on the size and condition of the home, and we will not guess at it over email. That is how people end up with a price that changes on the day. The walkthrough is free, takes about 15 minutes, and you leave with a flat written price. If it is not for you, there is no charge and no follow-up pressure.
Why do you insist on visiting before quoting?
Because two 3-bedroom homes can be an hour apart in work. Seeing the rooms lets us give you one honest number instead of a low estimate that grows later. It also lets you meet the person who will be in your home before you decide anything.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Recurring clients keep us because the house looks good, not because they are locked in. Pause or stop whenever you need to. We just ask for a heads-up so we can offer the slot to someone else.
What is the difference between cleaning and organizing?
Cleaning removes dirt. Organizing decides where things live. If a room is buried, cleaning it is mostly moving piles around, so we organize first, then keep it clean. Organizing is quoted separately, usually in hours, and you can start with a single closet.
Do I need to be home?
For the estimate, yes. We want your input room by room. For the cleanings themselves, most clients are at work and leave us a key, a code or a lockbox. Whatever you choose, we lock up and confirm when we leave.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Supplies and equipment are included, and we use family and pet-safe products by default. If you prefer specific products for allergies, stone counters or hardwood, leave them out and we will use yours instead.
What if I am not happy with something?
Message us within 24 hours and tell us which room. We come back and redo it, at no cost. We would rather fix it than lose a client over a bathroom.
